Born on October 19, 1950 Laurel "Susan" South was 72 years of age when she passed peacefully at the Pasqua hospital in Regina. Susan was born in Regina, Sk to predeceased parents, Ruth and Walter South. She is survived by her daughters Stephanie South and Meghan South, her granddaughter Chloe South and her sister Sandra Walker.
Susan was a kind, caring, artistic and creative soul, with the best sense of humor. She had both passion and skill for making porcelain dolls and she enjoyed sharing that passion by teaching others how to make them. Susan was a great cook and baker. You would never leave her kitchen hungry as she was always cooking something yummy. She liked to watch TV and play card games like Cribbage and Rummy. Her favorite place was the beach, and her most fond memories were those summers she spent with her family at her father's cottage in Regina Beach. Susan's most coveted role was "grandma" She was a loving and devoted grandmother to Chloe and their bond was special.
The memories of Susan will be cherished. She was loved and will be missed dearly.
